Presenter Details

Nicole serves as the President of F&N Enterprises, Inc. doing business as SmithCraft Custom Architectural Signs, in Phoenix, and Northern Arizona Signs, in Flagstaff, Arizona. Together with a diverse group of project managers and tradespeople, she loves navigating the intersection of design, advertising, manufacturing, construction and municipal regulation. 

With family roots in the sign industry, Nicole returned to the trade following eight years as a commercial litigator with the Dickinson Wright law firm. 

Now, Nicole finds immense satisfaction in getting up from her desk and diving into distinctive and technically challenging projects, from large format interior graphics to freeway pylons and everything in between.  Problem-solving and consensus building are the common themes of her professional pursuits.  She is an ardent advocate for continuous improvement, safety, innovation and technology.  Nicole currently serves on the executive committee of the Arizona Sign Association.
