I have 12+ years in the industry on the project management side. Having started out of college, I have worked my way up over the years from an entry level project manager, senior project manager, program manager, and now operations manager with a focus on development. I strive to make others better and to elevate their careers. I know what it takes to get to the next level and want to show others how to do so. My hope is that you can take away at least one idea from this course to help you become a better project manager with identifying risks and being more proactive.
