Jeff loves the sign & visual communciations industry and began working at the family business at the age of 15.  He is member of the third generation of YESCO Custom Electric Signs.  He has had opportunities in wiring, assembly, administration, project management, sales, sales management, region management and various other executive and management positions.  He is currently executive vice president and chief revenue officer of the company.  Jeff enjoys working with his two brothers Mike and Paul and his brother-in-law Steve Jones along with many members of the 4th generation of the Young family.  YESCO celebrated its 100th year in 2020 and has a total of 124 combined corporate and franchise offices in North America.  Being responsible for public relations, Jeff often speaks to YESCO's historic involvement with the signs in Las Vegas.  He has has appeared on the NBC Today Show, CBS Sunday Morning, Photo Number 6, YouTube's Non-Fungible Planet, BBC's How We Got to Now, National Geographic's Building Impossible and was featured in CBS's Undercover Boss.  Jeff served as the president of the World Sign Associates in 2015 and the chairman of the International Sign Association in 2017.
